Before we design anything, we diagnose. We spend time understanding the structural reality of your organisation. What is actually happening, not just what the brief says. Only then do we propose a scope, a sequence, and an investment.

Our engagement model follows four stages: Diagnose, Design, Build, Transfer. The Transfer stage is not an afterthought, it is the point. Every engagement is designed to leave your organisation more capable than it was before we arrived, not more dependent on us.

Consulting Engagements

We work at three levels depending on the nature and complexity of the challenge.

Certification-based Training

For organisations investing in building internal capability through internationally recognised certifications.

All programs are delivered in-house for corporate cohorts. Certifications are issued through Accredible, AALSSC, and PCM International. Programs are available in English and Romanian.

Bundled Transformation Programs

For organisations ready to move beyond individual training interventions and invest in a structured, multi-stage capability-building engagement.
